Welcome to Celestara. This document outlines the terms and conditions under which you may access and use our luxury apartment search and selection services, digital products, and tangible offerings.
2. Services
Celestara provides a personalized luxury apartment search and selection service, including property viewings, lease negotiations, and advisory support tailored to client preferences.
3. Information Products
Our digital offerings include downloadable guides, market analysis reports, and expert recommendations designed to assist in selecting premium residences.
4. Goods
We offer branded merchandise and physical materials related to luxury living and apartment selection.
5. Pricing and Payments
Fees are charged at the time of purchase or service scheduling. We accept major credit and debit cards and electronic transfers.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Luxury Apartment Search Services
Clients may request a refund of fees for apartment search services within 7 days of payment if no viewing appointments have been scheduled. Approved reimbursements will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
Appointments scheduled with property owners require a 20% scheduling fee. This fee is non-refundable but may be applied toward future services if the appointment is rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
6.2 Information Products
Digital products purchased from Celestara may be refunded within 14 days of purchase provided that the content has been accessed no more than twice. Refunds are processed within 7 days of approval.
6.3 Goods
Tangible products may be sent back within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued within 10 days.
6.4 Service Transfers
Clients may transfer service credits to another individual by submitting a request via the contact form. Transfers must be completed within 30 days of the original purchase and are subject to approval by Celestara.
7. Non-Refundable Services
In-person consultation sessions and bespoke advisory work are non-refundable due to the allocation of resources and scheduling commitments. This policy ensures dedicated attention and availability for all clients.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Celestara be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, information products, or goods.
